The shores of Sunopa’s second city, Fortuna, experienced from across the bay. Although the city is highly developed, the offshore area is deliberately primitive, with a large interconnected network of pontoons creating a popular recreational spot and holiday layover, reminiscent of the Miami of the 20th century. Small tenders are used to get across the bay and view the city, the only point at which the full extent of it can be seen, other than in the air.
